We don’t contract with insurance companies. We still help you use yours.
You pay our posted fee at the visit. If you have a PPO dental plan, Marta files your out-of-network claim electronically the same day.

For PPO plans, Marta sends it electronically the same day. There is no form for you to chase down.
Your insurer pays you.
Most PPO plans pay something toward out-of-network care, usually in two to four weeks. We can’t promise the amount.

Want to know before you come in? Call Marta and she can look up your plan’s out-of-network benefits. HMO-style plans and Medicaid do not pay anything out of network, so those visits are paid in full.
